3 oz. American chocolate
1/4 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 50% efficiency
150F for as long as it takes, then 170F
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.069 3.5 gallons
4.5 lb. Light malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish moss
Hops: 1 1/2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1/4 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 10 min.)
1/4 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Coopers, OR Wyeast 1098 British Ale, OR Wyeast 1214 Belgian Ale, OR Wyeast 1056 American Ale, OR Muntons Gold
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
