EB's Boston Ale

Devide up Hops into required amounts before beginning. Accuracy is important!
Steep Aroma Hops after boil for 10 minutes with cover on kettle. This prevents loss of hop oils.

Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Grain: 12 oz. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steep grains at 150 to 170 for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.170 1.5 gallons
6 lb. 10 oz. Light malt extract
Hops: .75 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
.25 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1187 London Ale
Carbonation: Prime with 5oz of Corn sugar or force carbonate using 3oz.
