My first outing into self-hopping. Wow, What fun!

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 3.75 gallons
Color:
32 HCU (~16 SRM)
Bitterness: 7 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.000
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: Charcoal filtered water
Grain: 0.69 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Steep: 8 oz. of British Crystal, Steeped until just before boiling.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.105 2 gallons
4.58 lb. Amber malt extract
0.69 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1 cup of Munton's amber spraymalt.
Hops: 0.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale Yeast
Log: Brew Date - 08/20/01
Fermentation temperature 75-80 degrees F.
Fermentation Time - 7 days
Bottling Date - 08/27/01
Carbonation: Bottle Conditioned with 1 tsp. dextrose per bottle
Tasting: Very suprisingly good. I was sure I was headed to hose this up, being that it was my first time, but it turned out great. All my brewer friends asked me for the recipe.
