Mash: 75% efficiency
infusion mash @152° for 60 min. or
until conversion is complete
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.053 12 gallons
1/2 tsp. irish moss 15 min.
Hops: 1.01 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
0.51 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
