Steep: 30 Minute steep of the Crystal Malt 40L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.104 3 gallons
2.87 lb. Light dry malt extract
7.6 oz. Brown sugar
7.6 oz. Cane sugar
7.6 oz. Molasses
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 2.5 oz. Cascade (5.3% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: 1 Packet of London (by Danstar). Pitched yeast on top of the total 5 gallon solution. Probably should have created a starter first and then pitched it?
Log: Yeast went on for about 3 days (bubbled)

Prior to Kegging-1.012
Filtered off while adding wort to the fermenter.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 7.7 psi @ 42°F
Added 2oz (1/3 Cup) Corn Sugar prior to kegging.
Kegged on 10-31-00
Tasting: Pretty good, a bit hoppy, would tone down the hops a trife the next time. Otherwise, highly drinkable.
