8 oz. Flaked rye
8 oz. Flaked wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 13 gallons
1 tsp. Irish Moss @ last 15 minutes of boil.
Aroma hops add after boil for 10 minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (5.2% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American II
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.35 oz. for 2.8 gallons @ 70°F
