3.5 lb. Belgian Munich
Mash: 80% efficiency
90 min @ 156°F Recirculate last 15 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 15.5 gallons
1 Tbs Irish Moss. 2 Tbs Crushed Coriander last 10 min of steep.
Hops: 35g Spalt (5.3% AA, 90 min.)
35g Willamette (5% AA, 90 min.)
30g Spalt (5.3% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: American II 1272
Tasting: Might want to add just a little grated orange peal.
