Killer Cream Stout

This was my first attempt at brewing without an existing recipe. My friends and I think it turned out pretty good. Next time I'll use 4 oz lactose and 1/2 lbs barley flakes. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone trying my recipe with or without changes.

Beer: Killer Cream Stout Style: Sweet Stout
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
178 HCU
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.034
Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Water: Add 2 Tbls. gypsum
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. American black patent
.5 lb. Roasted barley
Boil: minutes SG 1.132 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Add 1 lbs. Lactose with malt extracts.
Add 1 tsp Irish moss for the last 5 minutes of the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale (1084)
