Grampy's Oatmeal Stout

This was my first entry into a homebrew competition and it did very well taking third place. I was very pleased at least!
One of the judges described it as "A meal in a bottle".

Type: Partial mash Size: 5 gallons
Color:
93 HCU (~33 SRM)
Bitterness: 45 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.6% w/w)
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
5 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. British crystal 70-80L
8 oz. American black patent
4 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashed grains in 6 quarts of water at 154 degrees F until conversion, approximately 60 minutes.
Sparge with 3 gallons 170 degree F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 5.5 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
6 oz. Blackstrap molasses
1 teaspoon rehydrated Irish Moss 10 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1056 American Ale in 2 quart starter.
Log: Brewing date: May 26, 1996.
Primary: 4 days at 68 degrees F in glass.
Secondary: 17 days at 70 degrees F in glass.
Bottling date: June 16, 1996
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling.
Tasting: For a little more body and color I will add 3 more ounces of biscuit malt and 2 more ounces of roast barley next time.
This was a very good stout for the cool fall months.
