Seahawk Stout

I decided on the ingredients since i forgot what i wanted to brew while at the supply store. I knew i wanted a stout, and this should be ready to drink by the time i get to see the Seattle Seahawks in October.

Beer: Seahawk Stout Style: Oatmeal Stout
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
155 HCU (~47 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. Wheat malt
4 oz. American crystal 120L
4 oz. British black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
4 oz. Flaked barley
8 oz. Rolled oats
Steep: Place grains in steeping bag and steep for 30 minutes at approx. 150°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.131 2.5 gallons
8 lb. Amber malt extract
I used Irish Moss and Gypsum at a tsp. a piece at beginning of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Scottish with a good two day starter, would have used Irish but the store was out.
