Smooth Like Barry White Stout

First time making my own recipe for an Oatmeal Stout. I think it will be a good one..

Brewer: Spitdriver Email: spitdriver@alaska.com
Beer: Smooth Like Barry White Stout Style: Oatmeal Stout
Type: All grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
130 HCU (~42 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Filtered water from home.
Grain: 7 lb. British pale
1 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
1 lb. Belgian Special B
12 oz. American chocolate
4 oz. American black patent
1 lb. 8 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 6.0 gallons
Hops: 1.20 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: EDME Dry on this one to test the malt profile.
Carbonation: Will force carb in keg
Tasting: Didn't finish as low as I would have liked (1.020) but it has some real roasty flavors and no off flavors at all. I will adjust to get a more full feel next time, but this will be a staple at the "Frozen Texan Pub"...
