Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion 155F
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.046 7 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Manchester slurry
Tasting: Very nice beer. Was shooting for SS Oatmeal stout. The yeast was a little fruity but not unpleasant. I am really enjoying this one. Would probably use a cleaner yeast in the future maybe 1028 or 1728.
