OG: 1.101 FG: 1.040
Alcohol: 7.8% v/v (6.1% w/w)
Grain: 15 oz. American crystal 10L
10 oz. British chocolate
4 oz. British black patent
3 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: 150° for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.168 3 gallons
10 lb. Light dry malt extract
12 oz. Molasses
1 teaspoon of Irish Moss
1 lb of lactose
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wpl004 Irish Ale
Carbonation: .75 cup of corn sugar
