Run of the Mill Stout

I've yet to brew this one but it's next on my list. It all started with figures being plugged into BeerAlchemy.

141 HCU (~44 SRM)
Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. American crystal 120L
8 oz. British black patent
12 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
Steep: 60 mins @ 150 - 160°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.126 2 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 oz of Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Pride of Ringwood (8% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP004
Carbonation: 3-4 oz of Corn Sugar w/bottling
