Pitched yeast Sun 1/26, after three days in primary, racked fairly clean into secondary fermenter. 25 days in secondary and bottled on Feb. 22, 2003. using 1/2 c. corn sugar and 2 c. water, boiled and cooled

Tasting: After bottleing I had half a glass left over and it quite drinkable. Two weeks in the bottle it was nicely carbonated and tasted fine but still a little green. Six weeks in the bottle and it was smooth without a heavy flavor nor too sweet.
