Substitute extract with 7.5 lbs. Pale Ale Malt for all-
grain brewing.

Grain: 8 oz. Toasted malt
1 oz. Chocolate malt
6 oz. Black barley
1 lb. Roasted barley - U.K.
Steep: Steep specialty grains 30 minutes from 156° -149° .
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.109 2.5 gallons
6 lb. 12 oz. John Bull Pale malt extract liquid
Hops: 2 oz. Northdown (7.4% AA, 75 min.)
Yeast: Using a well-attenuating dry yeast (11 g).
