.33 lb. American black patent
.33 lb. Roasted barley
3 oz. German acid malt
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.211 1.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Dark malt extract
4 lb. Dark dry malt extract
i did not use irish moss, i meant too, but forgot. my next brew will include irish moss.
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: 2 pakets of dry ale yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar for bottling
