Yet Another Guinness Clone

This should get you near the canned "Pub Draught" stuff.
Based on Michael Jackson's numbers for the grist composition.
I don't think Guinness blends in the soured beer for their draught styles.

91 HCU (~33 SRM)
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.042 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum, 1/4 tsp magnesium sulfate per 5 gal water.
Grain: 5 lb. 10 oz. British pale
14 oz. Roasted barley
2.2 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 68% efficiency
151° F Single infusion, 90min 10 min mash out @170° F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.035 6 gallons
1 tsp Irish moss @45min
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084, pint starter.
