Steep: Steeped @ 160 F for 30 Minutes. then rinsed with 1/2 Gallon H2O @160 F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. New Zealand Hallertauer (7.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. New Zealand Hallertauer (8.00% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. New Zealand Pacific Gem (13.4% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. German Spalt (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale Yeast #004
