treacle stout

second attempt at brewing a stout,hope its an improvement on my last effort

Beer: treacle stout Style: stout
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
113 HCU (~38 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: good old Barnsley tap water
Grain: 1 lb. Roasted barley
8 oz. Flaked barley
Steep: steep grains at 65 degrees for 45 mins
Boil: 60 mins minutes SG 1.145 2 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Light malt extract
3 lb. 3 oz. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Molasses
black treacle added half way through boil
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084 Irish ale
Log: bottled 3rd September
Tasting: tasted great at time of bottling.can't wait until christmas
