1 oz. American black patent
Steep: Steep grains at 150° F for 20 minutes in 1.5 gallons.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.103 1.5 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add DME, bring to boil. Add Chinook at 60 minutes. Add LME, and Irish Moss at 15 minutes. Add Cascade at 10 minutes. Add Spalt at 2 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale yeast
