Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. British chocolate
Steep: Toss em in bring it to 160 kept for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 3.5 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
1 tsp irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 11 gram dry packet
Tasting: we shal see.
