Steep: begin with cold water and imerse grain bring to about 175-190 and rest there for thirty min. to get all the love
Boil: 30 min minutes SG 1.066 5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
sparge and add extract. skimm off slogh
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
1 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: cali ale
Carbonation: 3/4 cup barley malt extract to prime. boil first to sanitize
