Steep: Steep grains at 160° F. for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.074 3.5 gallons
7 lb. 8 oz. Telford's Scottish Amber Malt Extract
1/4 tsp. Irish Moss for 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer Pellets (9.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willemette Pellets (5.1% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Willemette Pellets (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs #WLP008 (East Coast Ale)
Log: Primary Fermentation-7 days at 62° F. (in glass)
Secondary Fermentation- 10 days at 62° F. (in glass)
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
