Duck's Porter

An AG attempt at somethign like St. Chucks. I effed up my hop additions, and my eff was super low. Fingers = crossed.

Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
.75 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Belgian Special B
.75 lb. American chocolate
.75 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 48% efficiency
Single infusion for 1 hour at 152F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.027 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Whitelabs WLP028 yeast (Edinburg) from a 750 ml starter
Log: OG was 1.032 at 70F
Carbonation: Keg and force carb.
