Fuller's London Porter Clone

With this recipe I am trying to replicate Fuller's London Porter,
one of my favourite beers on tap at the Falling Rock in Denver.

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
74 HCU (~29 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: No water treatment. Westminster, CO, water is medium hard.
Grain: 9 lb. British pale
8 oz. British crystal 50-60L
12 oz. British chocolate
Mash: 73% efficiency
Mash in with 10 qts of water to a sacc. temp. of 155F. After 50 min.
the temp had dropped to 152F. Add boiling water to reach 160F and rest
for 10 minutes. Add boiling water to reach 170F for mash-out.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 6.7 gallons
1.5 tsp irish moss 20 minutes before the end of the boil.
Hops: 1.4 oz. Kent Goldings (5.1% AA, 60 min.)
.3 oz. Kent Goldings (5.1% AA, 15 min.)
.3 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs East Coast Ale in a 1 pint starter.
Log: Ferment at around 65F.
Carbonation: 2.0 vols of CO2
