154° for 60 mins
168° for mashout
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 15 gallons
Add irish moss at the last 15 mins.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.7% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: British Ale Yeast
