Water: Plan-old Corvallis water. Will do an extended boil to carmelize sugars
Grain: 2 lb. Belgian pale
1 lb. British brown
1.25 lb. American crystal 120L
.5 lb. British crystal 135-165L
.5 lb. British chocolate
.25 lb. British black patent
Mash: 75% efficiency
5.5lbs of malt with 1.3 gallons of water target 158 degrees mashtemp
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.053 6 gallons
4 lb. Dark dry malt extract
irish moss
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs European Ale
