Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.134 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
1 TSP IRISH MOSS LAST 15 MINS
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (7.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Perle (7.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: MUNTONS ALE YEAST, 2 PACKS
Carbonation: PRIMED WITH ONE QUART OF WORT SAVED FROM ORIGINAL BATCH
