Log: Pitched yeast way too soon...wort was still very warm. Fermentation started at once and only lasted a day. Stayed at about 70 degrees. Sat in plastic bucket one week, then bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar. Carbonated and conditioned two weeks, then sampled.
Tasting: At two weeks a bit harsh, but not bad. Another two weeks and it was excellent. Next time I might try adding coffee.
