Lucky 13

This is a recreation of my first Porter. I made a couple of changes, one was to hop it up a bit more.
it was a FINE beer, and I think this one will be better.

74 HCU (~29 SRM)
Bitterness: 62 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: .5 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.5 lb. American chocolate
.25 lb. American black patent
Steep: 150° for 30 min. Wash with 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 5.5 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1056
Carbonation: Keg and Force Carb
