1 lb. 0 oz. British chocolate
4 oz. British black patent
Mash: 75% efficiency
single step infusion mash
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 6.5 gallons
irish moss at 20 minutes left in boil
Hops: 1.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Any good english ale yeast
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.66 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
