60 HCU (~25 SRM)
Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: 1 Tsp Gypsum
Grain: .5 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. American chocolate
2 oz. Special B
Steep: Remove just before boil.
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.119 2.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Northwestern Amber malt extract
12 oz. Lyles Golden Invert Sugar
1/2 Tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Target (11% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale
Log: Primary 5 Days
Secondary 10 Days
Dry Hop with 1/2 Oz. Kent Goldings
Carbonation: Kegged (15 Lbs. psi)
Tasting: One Word Great.
