Snow Falling on Porter

This recipe usually turns out a lot darker than predicted. True to BJC guidelines,
not much hops aroma or flavour.

Bitterness: 42 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.017
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American Munich
.75 lb. American chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash at 154F for 60 minutes, raise to 170 for mashout.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.049 6 gallons
Irish moss @ 10 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1968 ESB in a 1L starter.
