Steep: Steep grains in 6 Quarts of water for 60 mins at 155° .
Rinse 6 Quarts of water at 170°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.114 3.5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
Add Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient during last 5 minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast
