8 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1 lb. Maple syrup
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast 1728 Scotch Ale
Log: Primary Fermentor: 5-7 days
Secondary Fermentor: 10 - 14 days
Upon racking, add 1/2 lb baked walnuts (350° for 30 minutes) to give it a strong nutty finish
