Mash: 90% efficiency
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.065 13 gallons
Hops: 1.26 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1.26 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1.26 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1728 scottish for five gallon, going to try an irish yeast for the other 5
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 7.72 oz. for 10 gallons @ 68°F
