Early Rage

This was the first batch from Two Fighting Dogs Brewing. (A Community Brew). We missed our target of a Strong Scotch Ale and ended up with a great tasting Belgian Ale. We followed Dave Miller's 'Homebrewing Guide'(the beginning recipes).
