Pulled 1/3 of Mash and Boiled for 30 minutes and returned to mashtun to accomplish mashout.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.060 7.5 gallons
Irish Moss at 15 mins
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.0% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.0% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Scottish Ale
