Edgewater strong ale

A nice warming amber to brown ale. It is still cold here in Ohio. Stronger and darker than I intended but will still be good.

48 HCU (~21 SRM)
Bitterness: 34 IBU
OG: 1.073 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 8.1% v/v (6.3% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum in mash
Grain: 4 lb. British pale
1 lb. Belgian biscuit
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.25 lb. Belgian chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Infusion mash- 1 hr at 155, , 45 min at 158, 20 min at 170
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.073 5 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 3 oz. Fuggles (3.3% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (6.6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Thames Valley , 800 ml starter
Log: brewed 3/19/06, fermented at 65-70 deg
Carbonation: 1/2 cup corn sugar for medium-low carbonation
