2 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Belgian Special B
6 oz. Belgian chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
158° is all you need to know, can you say D-E-X-T-R-I-N-S!!
Boil: 60 minutes SG - -
7 lb. Amber malt extract
add a splash of whatever you are drinking... the beer gods will thank you. BEERDED CLAN FOREVER!!!
Hops:
Yeast: Laurelwood baby, its the CHRISTIAN way or no way (no religious connotation implied)except for the beer gods and their praise!
Log: keep it cool when fermenting, this beer will ferment hot!, keg it and dry hop the $%#@ out of it
Carbonation: volumes may vary, hey try a real ale if your English heritage strikes you.
Tasting: pour deftly into a glass and tilt to your ever so dry lips. Guzzle or quaff until gone, repeat.
