Mash: 65% efficiency
mash in 8.5 gal. @155 deg. for 90 min. Collect 6.5 gal.
Sparge remainder for Pale Ale.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.098 6.5 gallons
1 Tsp. Irish Moss for 15min.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
