Look out! ol' Johnny Reb is risin' again with pistols blazin' and whistling dixie! This concotion is meant to be sipped slowly and savored while rockin' on the porch as the sun sets in late fall with your coon dog sleepin' at your feet. * NOT FOR BLUE BELLIES OR CARPET BAGGERS*

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.090 7.0 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 40 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 20 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 001 Califoria Ale Starter
