ad Irish moss with 15 minutes left in boil
Hops: 1 1/2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1. oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: white labs 550 belgium ale
Carbonation: force carbinate with co2
