Steep: 4 Quarts at 155° for 60 mins. Rinse with 5 Quarts at 170°.
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.101 3.5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient for 5 mins
Hops: .5 oz. Citra (11.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Summit (18.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (11.1% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Summit (18.7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (11.1% AA, 15 min.)

Yeast: WLP028 Edinburgh Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: This one will wrm you up. really coats the throat. Could be sold as a medicine.
