Grain: 1 lb. British crystal 70-80L
2 oz. British chocolate
2 oz. British black patent
Steep: Add grains at 160* - Rest to 154* & hold for 20 mins - heat back up to 160* - Remove grain.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.069 3.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
added 1 tsp - Irish Moss to boil after 45 mins
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
