Yeast: Wyeast # 1318 London Ale III. In RTP tube. Added directly to cooled wort.
Log: Well this was the first time I have used the "shampoo tube" Wyeast. I don't really know what happened but I didnt get much fermentation for about 20 hours. So I decided to buy another tube and areate some. 7 hours later and 2 tubes of 1318 later High Kreasen. =)
Carbonation: Im going to carbonate the batch in the bottle with the recommened ammount of 100g of corn sugar.
UPDATE
ok i didnt use corn sugar. i forgot to buy it! so i used 200g of LIGHT DME instead!
Tasting: Havent tasted yet. But If I do make this recipe again I would use 2oz of bittering hops. Instead of 1oz.
