Grain: 3 lb. 2 oz. Warminster Floor Malted Maris Otter
8 oz. American Victory
10 oz. Special Roast
6 oz. American Crystal 40L
6 oz. British Chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 4 gallons
3.15 lb. Light Maris Otter Malt Extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 London Ale Yeast
Log: Ferment for one week at 68°F
Transfer to Secondary
Ferment for another week at 68°F
Carbonation: 3/4 cup Corn Sugar for bottling
