Your Mum's Not Mild

This recipe is from some research I did on Milds, This is basically the recipe for Highgate Mild.
I love these chocolately smooth beers.

Beer: Your Mum's Not Mild Style: English Dark Mild
Type: All grain Size: 12 liters
Color:
40 HCU (~19 SRM)
Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.038 FG: 1.007
Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Water: very soft water used.
Grain: 2kg British lager
25g British Crystal light
110g British chocolate
Mash: 60% efficiency
65° until conversion
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 8 liters
150g Brown sugar
I dont usually add Irish Moss, but this time I did for 10mins
Hops: 15g Fuggles (5.6% AA, 60 min.)
10g Fuggles (5.6% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Safale dried yeast
Log: 10 days primary
2 weeks primary
Carbonation: 1 tsp of cane sugar per 745ml bottle
Tasting: A nice chocolatey smooth beer, well balanced and a good colour. This is a nice recipe and so simple to brew.
