Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian Munich
1 lb. British crystal 50L
Steep: During the brew I put the grains in the pot in a nylon sock while the water was cold. I brought the temp slowly up to 180F. Once the temperature reached 180F I removed the grain, squeezing all the liquid I could out of it.
Boil: minutes SG 1.085 3.5 gallons
7 lb. Extra-Light malt extract
4 oz. Molasses
Hops: 1.5 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WYeast 1968 London ESB
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 1.32 oz. for 5 gallons @ 72°F
